Water is always considered a main cause of RV or motorhome roof damage among the RV owners. It is always recommended to increase the roof life 3x times by waterproofing before cracks appears and water get into the cracks to create a maximum damage.
There are two types of maintenance plans and action we take:
1. Preventive Maintenance
This includes all activities to avoid problem to happen. You do schedule inspections and do maintenance activities to keep roof always healthy. This is very safe and gives a long life to your RV.
2. Corrective Maintenance
This includes to take action when problems happens. You do the maintenance activities to fix the problems with your RV roof. In some case problem became too severe to respond immediately. In both situations, you have to protect your roof. RV Roof replacement is not a solution in terms of time and cost. You can achieve the same with part of it by recoating your roof with Liquid EPDM. It waterproof your vehicle immediately upon application. At end you get a new roof at the fraction of roof replacement cost.
